Customer buying experience is our topmost priority ,we have a 03 days return and 07 days exchange policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return and 07 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request courier person attempts fail twice then request made will be cancelled. if your return is accepted, only a store credit note will be given for returns with a 6 months purchase timeline. This means you can use the credit note to purchase another item from the store within the given timeline.Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our lehengas, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a return policy for these unique creations.  That's correct. The customer specific coupon code provided for return will have the following conditions:

  • It will be valid for 6 months from the date of creation.
  • The entire value of the coupon code has to be used in a single purchase.
  • The coupon code has to be applied on the checkout page while placing the new order.
  • Once the coupon code is applied and the order is placed, it cannot be refunded.

When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received in line with above mention conditions at our warehouse. Damages and issues

These items are non-returnable.

  • If you're not satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 3 days at your own cost and share the courier receipt on our official WhatsApp contact number.
  • After we receive the product, we'll perform a quality check to ensure that the original packaging is intact.
  • We'll refund only the product amount, deducting 5% of the payment gateway transaction amount.
  • You can cancel orders only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Please note that we won't refund any shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes paid by you during the original purchase.
  • Please note that we have a strict no exchange policy for international shipping orders, as it is not feasible to process exchanges due to the logistical complexities involved in shipping products internationally
